Payslip Builder

The Payslip Builder allows employers to create and customise the layout of their employees’ payslips, making them more personalised and visually aligned with the company’s branding.

With this feature, you can define colours, upload your company logo, and preview your payslip before finalising the design.

1. Accessing the Payslip Builder

From the left-hand menu, go to:

1. Payroll
2. Payslip Builder
3. Manage your layout.

2. Choose Your Layout

After clicking Manage your layout, you’ll be directed to the Layout selection page.

Here, you can choose from three different payslip styles, each offering a unique structure for presenting employee pay information.

Steps:

1. Review the three layout options displayed on the screen.
2. Select the one that best fits your company’s needs.
3. Click Next to move to the customisation stage.

3. Customise and Add Company Logo

In the Customisation page, you can personalise your payslip’s appearance to reflect your company’s branding.

Here, you can:

1. Select the background colour (18 colour options available).
2. Choose the font colour for all text.
3. Adjust the table colour to match your chosen design.
4. Add your company logo, which will appear at the top of every payslip.

Once you’ve finished editing, click Save to apply your design.

You’ll be redirected back to the Payslip Builder Home, where your new payslip model will be displayed as the default version.
