Managing Your HMRC Credentials and PAYE Reference
Access the HMRC Section: Navigate to the left menu and select the HMRC section.
Edit Credentials: Click on 'edit' next to your current status. This will open a popup displaying your PAYE reference, Accounts office reference, Gateway User ID, and password.
Update and Test Connection: After making any changes, click on “Test Connection” to verify the correctness of the credentials.
Save Changes: Once you are satisfied with the settings, click on 'save' to update your information.
Note: When you enter your HMRC credentials into our system, we perform a validation check by sending a blank report to HMRC. If you receive an email from HMRC stating "Unsuccessful submission for Reference 120/XXXXXXX," there is no need to worry. It is just us performing the validation, and on this case it means the validation was successfull.
