How to close the PAYE scheme in FreePayroll?

If you want to inform HMRC that you wish to close your PAYE scheme, these are the steps that you would need to perform in Collegia FreePayroll.

1) Go to the Reports section

2) HMRC submissions

3) Click on Employer Payment Summary (EPS)

4) Click on New EPS submission

5) Click on "Close PAYE scheme"

6) Add the date in which the scheme needs to be closed and then click on Confirm

Please note that after performing this action, your PAYE scheme with HMRC will be closed and no further submissions will be allowed by HMRC.
