# How to access the P60s of the workers in FreePayroll?

Once you completed successfully the Tax Year, you will be able to download the P60s for each worker by following these steps

1. Go to the People section

2. Select the employee that you want to download the P60 and click on the pencil icon.

3. Go to the "Documents" tab

4. There you can click on P60 section where you will see a table listing all available tax years. Locate the tax year you need, click the **three dots **on the right-hand side, and then select **Download** to save the P60 to your device.
