# Download All Payslips from a Completed Pay Run

## Overview
You can download all employee payslips from a completed pay run at once. The payslips are downloaded together in a ZIP file.
## Prerequisites
Before you begin:
* The pay run must be available in your payroll history.
* Your device must support ZIP files.
## Step-by-step Instructions
1. From the Home page, find **Payroll** in the left-hand menu.
2. Select **History**.

3. Find the pay run whose payslips you want to download.
4. Select the three-dot menu next to the pay run.
5. Select **Download All Payslips**.

6. Wait for the ZIP file to download.
7. Open the ZIP file to access the individual employee payslips.
## Tips
* Check your device’s **Downloads** folder if you cannot find the ZIP file.
* You may need to extract the ZIP file before opening the payslips.
## Common Issues
**The ZIP file does not open**
Use your device’s option to extract or unzip the file. If the issue continues, download it again.
**I cannot find the pay run**
Confirm that you are viewing **Payroll > History** and check that you selected the correct pay schedule or pay period.
