Access Current Payroll:
- Navigate to your current payroll and select the employee for whom you want to add a rate.
Open Payment Breakdown:
- Click on the employee to open a window displaying their payment breakdown.
Initiate Adding Pay Item:
- Click the "+ Add pay item" button located under the employee’s name.
Choose and Configure Rate:
- A popup will display a list of previously created rates. Select the desired rate.
- Enter the applicable number of units or hours for the rate.
Save the Configuration:
- Click 'Save'. The newly added rate will now appear in the payment breakdown window along the updated calculations.
